Refund & Returns Policy
Due to the nature of the analytical reference materials offered by Liminal Azure, all sales are final.
Once an order has been shipped, products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Why We Do Not Accept Returns
To protect product integrity and maintain the highest quality standards, Liminal Azure cannot verify the handling, storage conditions, or chain of custody of products after they have left our possession.
For this reason, returned products cannot be accepted back into inventory.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you believe you received:
- the wrong product,
- an item damaged during shipment,
- or an order containing an incorrect quantity,
please contact Liminal Azure as soon as reasonably possible.
Where appropriate, customers may be asked to provide photographs, video documentation, or other information necessary to help investigate the issue.
Any quantity-related concerns should follow the documentation procedures described in our Shipping Policy.
Each situation will be reviewed individually and in good faith.
Where appropriate, Liminal Azure may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement or other reasonable resolution when an error is confirmed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment at the discretion of Liminal Azure.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
